Buyer's Agents

Our goals as Buyer Agents for the Ellis Team are to promote and protect the buyer's interest through steps: finding a home, negotiating the sales and purchase contracts and following up to make certain the buyer's interests are first throughout the process. The buyer agent will attempt to disclose everything the buyer would reasonably want to know in evaluating a given property. When the buyer decides to purchase, the buyer agent will attempt to negotiate with the seller agent and seller the most favorable terms for the buyer. The Ellis Team knows the importance of education for buyer agents. Our buyer agents are accredited... all have attained the ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative designation.
