Sande Ellis
Sande previously taught school and worked for the Arthritis Foundation before moving to sunny southwest Florida. Some boxes were still unpacked as Sande enrolled in real estate classes. She jokingly admits that some of those boxes are not unpacked yet. Sande loves working with buyers and sellers and it shows. Her real estate career took off. Someone said it is no wonder Sande is so successful…she works so hard. But Sande loved every minute of it. Sande won many awards including Hall of Fame, the G.O.A.T. at Keller Williams and the Lifetime Achievement Award. She has served on the Finance committee and the Board of Directors for the local association of realtors. She is a speaker for CRS, Star Power and other real estate organizations. Brett Ellis
Brett received his Bachelors degree in Finance from Illinois State University. Brett studied corporate finance, world markets, law, and real estate to receive his degree from the department of Finance and Law. In high school Brett played football , basketball and baseball. Coach Scott nicknamed Brett “Radar” because he focused on what could happen before each play, and always seemed to know what was going to happen before it happened and put himself in a position to make a play. Brett uses that same focus each day in real estate. Sports also taught Brett that never give up attitude and the teamwork it requires to Win. Coach Scott impressed on his teams that Big Egos rarely ever win the significant contests. Brett found the same is true in real estate and in life. Kevin Ellis
Kevin graduated from Florida State University in 1990 with a bachelors degree in fine arts. Kevin enjoys being a buyer’s personal home shopper, working diligently to find just the right home with all the items on a buyer’s “wish list”. Kevin readily shows his expertise on the properties, the market and the community. He enjoys playing golf and a competitive game of tennis. Kevin is an artist who loves painting, sculpting attending and entering art shows. He is a proud uncle of his nephews and nieces. Dale is also the mastermind behind the publication of The Ellis Report, along with managing weekly advertisements, ensuring that all project timelines are meticulously adhered to. His dedication to detail allows the rest of the team to focus their efforts on engaging with buyers and sellers, enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team. Dale’s diverse skill set and talents are widely recognized and valued by his colleagues. Beyond his professional pursuits, Dale is an avid martial arts practitioner and instructor, boasting a wide range of interests that contribute to his dynamic character. He is a proud father and grandfather.
Linzi Rambo
Linzi is our Closing Coordinator. She devotes her time to the hundreds of details that are critically important to your successful closing. She excels in her attention to detail and her tenacity in getting the job done right for our clients. She handles all of the paperwork involved in buying or selling property, ensuring that every client experiences the most professional and timely transaction. She is central to making our sales procedure stress-free and seamless. You will get to know Linzi and be thankful she is with The Ellis Team at Keller Williams Fort Myers & The Islands. Linzi and husband Matt are parents of 3 precocious children involved in lots of activities. And super mom Linzi handles it all with ease.
Bobby Williams
Bobby Williams recently made an exciting transition from a remarkable 51 year career in retail to selling real estate upon joining the Ellis Team at Keller Williams Realty. He brings a wealth of experience and a customer centered focus to help clients navigate the complex and ever changing real estate market. Bobby is happily married to Danielle. Together they raised 6 children- three boys and three girls. And now Bobby and Danielle boast about the 6 grandchildren- four boys and 2 girls. He truly cherishes his time with family. And if you want to see someone light up- just ask Bobby about Danielle or the grandchildren. When you share with Bobby what is important to you he will do everything he knows how to do to help you accomplish that goal.
Lincoln VanMeter
Lincoln is originally from Decatur, Illinois. He lived in Indianapolis, Indiana for a few years with his wife; Peyten before moving to SWFL for the wonderful weather and pickleball! “We moved down here with a few friends and have never thought of moving back”
Before Lincoln became a real estate agent, he was a Registered Dietitian who worked with the geriatric population. He spent some time as the director of a pickleball facility in central Indiana. Real estate runs in his blood. His grandfather, grandmother, aunts, uncles, cousins, mother and sister are all real estate agents. “Any family gathering I attended real estate was always a topic of conversation.”
I am excited to help people find their forever home, winter home and sometimes home in the SWFL area. Whether it be providing guidance on how to serve a pickleball or how to manage their chronic medical conditions through dieting. Everything comes back to the need to help those around me in my community.
