1.       How many home sales have you closed in the past twelve months?

2.     Do you provide us with written activity reports detailing showings, feedback, advertising and all activities your team is doing to sell your home?

3.       Do you have a computerized follow-up system to keep track of your buyers?

4.        Do TV Stations and newspapers consider your team the local expert on SW Florida Real Estate?

5.        Have you appeared in the Wall St. Journal, USA Today,  NY Post, Realtor Magazine, Florida Association of Realtors Magazine, CRS Magazine, California Association of Realtors Magazine, Miami Herald, Naples Daily News, Bonita Daily News, News-Press, Jacksonville Times,

39.    What is the focal point of your advertising, your name or the properties?

40.    Do you price your properties for top dollar, or do you under-price them for quick sales?

41.    When buyers call your office, do they talk to a machine or a live, friendly human trained to help them?

42.    Do you have a Buyer Advantage Program to attract more buyers?  

43.    How long has your company been in business? How long have you been with the same company?

44.    What market share did your company have last year? Why is this vitally important?

45.    Because many buyers come from out of town, does your company have national name recognition?

46.    Does your company have a national advertising campaign?

47.    Who makes the decision where and when my home will be advertised?

48.  Do you have money to advertise my home?

49.  Did you notice there is no #23?  Just keeping things Fun!!  Gotta have fun doing what you do.  If you don’t enjoy your job, you won’t be effective selling.  We like to have fun, and our passion is contagious.
